What are the advantages
of becoming a DreamHalo.com member?
Members of DreamHalo.com periodically receive coupon codes for discounts. Members are also able to order track open orders and view past orders. We are
continuously developing new features that for enhancing shoppers' online
shopping experience.
How do I sign up as
a DreamHalo.com member?
Becoming a DreamHalo.com member is easy. Click on our "Register Here" link on the top left of our storefront pages
and follow the steps to fill in the appropriate information to create your
account.
What should I do if
I forget my password?
Visit our Forget Password section and enter your e-mail address that you have
registered with us. You will then receive our e-mail shortly that provides
you the instructions for resetting your password.

Choosing a Good Password
Creating a good password is the first line of defense in protecting your
account. A good password should be easy for the user to remember yet difficult
for others to guess.
- Use at least 8 characters with combination of letters and numbers:
Examples: rose3461bbs, 13eckham425, king1043mc
- Use a distinctive password that is not of your other existing accounts
- Do not use single vocabularies and terms that can be found in any dictionary
Examples: bugsbunny, sushi, amigos
- Do not use any easily obtainable personal information that is associated
with you as your password. This includes your name, birth date, Social
Security Number, interests, favorite hobbies, and etc.
Examples: 49ersfan, johndoe2003
- Do not use part of your account name as your password
Example: johndoe, if your user name is
john@mail.com
Keeping Your Password Confidential
The following guidelines and tips should be helpful in keeping your
password confidential:
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Change your password periodically.
- Never write or print your password anywhere
- If you suspect that someone has obtained your password and accessed
your account, change your password immediately.
- DreamHalo.com employees never ask the users for their passwords.
- Report any suspected unauthorized use of your account to DreamHalo.com

- Be suspicious of emails that ask you to submit your personal information
such as your password or your credit card information.
- Remember, DreamHalo.com employees will never ask the users for their

Ordering
How do I make an order?
When you want to make a purchase of an item
- Click on "Add Cart" next to the product to place the item
into your shopping cart
- The quantity is set to one by default. If you would like to
purchase more of the same item, you can enter the number in the "quantity"
field and click on the update button to update your current shopping cart.
- If you wish to browse other merchandise, click on the "Continue
Shopping" button. Otherwise, click on the "Proceed to Checkout"
button when you are done shopping.
- You will be directed to the login page where you can choose to log in
to your existing account if you haven't done so already. You are not obligated to
sign up for membership in order to place an order, but it will make your future
purchases easier since you would not have to reenter checkout information.
- Enter or edit your shipping and billing address as necessary. Click
the "Continue" button to proceed to next step.
- Select your desired payment and click on the "Continue" button. You will be directed to the appropriate
payment page for completing payment.
- Once your payment is completed, your order summary will be displayed
- Write down your order number for future reference.
How do I modify my
Shopping Cart?
You can modify the contents in your cart before a checkout through the following
ways:
- You can change the quantity associated with each item in your Shopping Cart and click
on the "Update" button to refresh your shopping cart.
- You can also remove any items in your cart by selecting the "Remove"
button next to the item you want removed.
May I add an item
to the order that I have already placed?
You cannot place any item(s) to the existing order that you have placed. Your
order is processed as soon as it is received. For logistical reasons,
we cannot honor the addition of a new item to your existing order.
How can I cancel my
order?
Once your order is received, we will begin fulfilling your request within 30 minutes.
You may cancel your entire order within that period only. This does not apply
to backordered items as you may cancel them before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, please login and select the order that you would like
to cancel.

Shipping
What shipping and handling
fees do you charge?
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment along with an additional fee
for each item in that order. Shipment charge is based on the highest per-shipment
item in your order and per-item charge is added according to the category
it is in.
DreamHalo.com offers three levels of shipping service for orders within the
United States. These are Standard Shipping, Two-Day Shipping and One-Day Shipping.
Here are the shipping rates for the different categories of merchandise.
Free Shipping Offer
DreamHalo.com offers free shipping to anywhere within the continental United States on purchases
of $25 or more.
Orders will be shipped by FEDEX Ground Service. 
Term and Conditions
- Free shipping applies only to all orders $25 or more (excluding applicable tax and shipping charges) after all applicable discounts are made.
- All items are eligible for free shipping unless otherwise indicated.
- Products that is not eligible for free shipping will be charged standard shipping and handling.
- Standard shipping charges will apply if an order total drops below $25 due to the cancellation of an item after the order has been placed.
- DreamHalo.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of Free Shipping

Return and Refund Policy
- Non-discounted items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of
your product's shipping date.
- Discounted items may only be returned within 14 days of your product's
shipping date if the product is deemed defective by DreamHalo.com.
- Opened computer accessories and parts may be exchanged within 30 days
of your product's shipping date for the exact model and brand only. Refunds
will not be given for opened computer products.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- All returned items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition,
with the packing slip, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Processing on returned merchandise may take up to 14 business days from our receipt of the merchandise.
- The cost of shipping on returned merchandise will be covered by DreamHalo.com only if the item
is mailed to us using standard air mail. DreamHalo.com is not responsible any items that are lost or stolen during the delivery.
- DreamHalo.com reserves the right to refuse to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for any product.
- If we are out of stock on an item you've ordered, we will contact you by phone or email within 5 business days from the receipt of your order. At that time, you can decline the wait on that particular item. Should you choose to decline, only the items available will be shipped and charged, and your payment for the out-of-stock item will be fully refunded.
- We follow a 15-day rule on out-of-stock items. If your item is not in stock within 15 days from our out-of-stock notification, that item will be cancelled from your order and you will be billed only for the items available and shipped. You will be fully refunded for the cancelled items.

All products from DreamHalo.com are guaranteed to be free from defects 30 days
from the date of purchase. DreamHalo.com makes no representation, warranty or guaranty,
express or implied regarding the claims, statements, or warranties on the products sold

charge applicable sales tax on all orders with shipping addresses in California.

by adults of over 18 years of age. If you are a minor who are under 18 years
